This monthly hands-on program explores the Science of Everyday Things through carving and tool technology. Participants use flower foam with palette knives, loop tools and scrapers, observing how each tool creates different marks and practicing concepts such as carving, gouging, chiseling, and subtractive versus additive design. There is no required sculpture; participants can make patterns, abstract shapes, or experiment with the materials. Each session features a new theme and activity.
