This free-to-play promotion is for people age 21 and older. Starting at 6 p.m., attendees receive one ticket, with an additional ticket distributed every 30 minutes through 7:30 p.m. From 6:15 to 7:45 p.m., tickets are drawn every 15 minutes for prizes such as free meals, T-shirts and gift cards. At 8 p.m., one ticket is drawn for the “Pick the Joker” drawing. The selected person chooses a card from a deck and can win the pot by drawing the joker. If the joker is not selected, the person receives a $20 gift card, and $100 is added to the following week’s pot. There is no admission or participation cost; the event is described as not gambling or a lottery.
