Kitchen Chemistry is a day camp where campers explore the chemistry of food by mixing, measuring, making predictions, testing ideas, and experimenting with recipes. Camp runs from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with check-in from 8:30 to 9:00 a.m. and check-out from 3:30 to 4:00 p.m. Before Care and After Care are available for an additional fee. The camp does not provide lunch or snacks; campers should bring a snack and may bring lunch or order from STRATA Café. Because the camp uses various food ingredients, it may not accommodate all food allergies or dietary restrictions. Families with accommodation questions can contact the Camp Office at (615) 401-5077.
