This four-course Chef & Winemaker Dinner features seasonal dishes pairing late-summer produce with early-fall flavors. The menu includes roasted tomato and stracciatella with aged balsamic; watermelon and feta salad with red onion, mint, and lime vinaigrette; hanger steak with salsa rojo, elote corn salad, and tortilla crisps; and lavender honey crème brûlée with blackberries.
