Intro to Stained Glass

About this event

This beginner-level stained glass class runs approximately 3.5 hours and is taught by Kim Wienzierl. Participants learn the fundamentals of leaded stained glass, including glass types, cutting, soldering, patina, and safety, while creating a stained glass sun catcher. No prior experience is required. Tuition includes instruction, a pattern, glass, copper foil, solder, lead came, safety equipment, and use of tools and materials. A toolbox and additional materials may be available for purchase after class. Enrollment closes three days before class; late enrollment requires approval. The class requires minimum enrollment and may be rescheduled or canceled if that minimum is not met. Enrollments are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
