Raised in Michigan and based in Nashville, Billy Strings is a musician known for boundary-pushing musicianship and live performances. His studio album Highway Prayers, produced with Jon Brion, debuted at No. 1 on Billboard’s all-genre Top Album Sales chart and earned Strings his third Grammy Award for Best Bluegrass Album. Strings has also released an Apple Music Nashville Sessions EP and Live at the Legion, a collaborative album with guitarist Bryan Sutton featuring 20 traditional bluegrass and folk songs recorded live at Nashville’s American Legion Post 82.
