About this event

Local chefs will compete by creating zero-waste dishes centered on a theme ingredient. Guests can sample the dishes and vote for their favorite, while a judges’ panel selects the grand-prize winner. The event also includes a brief Urban Green Lab program, presentation of the Sustainable Nashville™ Awards, sustainable drinks, and a silent auction. VIP tickets include an after-hours meet-and-greet with the chefs.
