About this event

This three-session, hands-on class at Hop Springs teaches participants how to make their own wine. The program includes beverages, light appetizers, and wine sampling. Participants can choose from more than 20 varietals, select a bottle color and shrink-cap color, and typically create 25–30 bottles. Sessions run approximately 60–90 minutes and cover the introduction and first processing step, fermentation and racking, and bottling. The $375 class fee includes one guest; additional guests may attend for $50 each. Reservations are handled through ProhibitionHomeBrewing@gmail.com.
