This monthly mastermind is for owners and leaders of active small and medium-sized businesses. The program focuses on structured problem-solving, peer perspectives, and practical business issues rather than casual networking or sales pitches. Each gathering includes facilitated small-group discussions, an Identify–Discuss–Solve format, and a focused expert presentation. Refreshments are provided. The event is not intended for startups, solopreneurs, service providers seeking to sell to attendees, or casual networkers.
