Nashville Symphony and Chorus Director Tucker Biddlecombe present a program celebrating Johann Sebastian Bach’s music. The performance includes Brandenburg Concertos Nos. 2 and 3, the Prelude from Cello Suite No. 1, Toccata and Fugue in D minor, Suite No. 3 for Orchestra, and “Jesus bleibet meine Freude” from Cantata No. 147. The program concludes with the Magnificat, Bach’s setting of Mary’s song of praise for chorus, soloists, trumpets, and full orchestra.
