This beginner-friendly sgraffito workshop is co-hosted by Slip Ceramics and Studio Toulouse. Participants will carve Halloween designs, such as ghosts, pumpkins, bats, and other patterns, into a leather-hard ceramic plate or dish. The instructor will demonstrate how to scratch away layered underglazes using provided tools and materials. No prior clay experience is required, and studio inspiration sheets will be available.
