Pianist, singer-songwriter, and composer Will Barrow presents a program that combines classical works by Bach, Grieg, Debussy, Ravel, and Scriabin with modern rhythms and improvisation. The evening also includes Brazilian music, songs by Bacharach and Mancini, and Barrow’s original compositions and songs. The performance begins at 7:30 p.m. Barrow will be joined by Brian Allen on bass, Chris Brown on drums, and Jerome Degey on guitar. His credits include touring and recording with artists including Gregory Porter, Alison Brown, Tommy Emmanuel, Gilbert O’Sullivan, the Indigo Girls, and Benny Golson. His solo contribution to Beautiful Dreamer: The Songs of Stephen Foster earned a Grammy award.
