This rooftop dinner series features a five-course menu with wine pairings on the Grand Hyatt Nashville’s fifth floor. Held on the second Friday of each month from June through September, each dinner includes a menu that changes monthly and wines from a rotating selection of partners. The series is presented in collaboration with Rosewood Wagyu and Émeraude Bakery. Guests dine at communal tables in a shared setting.
