The Jason Johnson Quartet features Nashville native saxophonist, woodwind doubler, and composer Jason Johnson. He studied with saxophonist Evan Cobb in high school and is studying jazz performance and composition at Vanderbilt University with Jeff Coffin. Through Vanderbilt, Johnson has worked with Sean Jones, Brian Blade, Ignacio Berroa, The New York Voices, Ari Hoenig, and John Batiste. He was also named a semifinalist in the 2026 Yamaha Young Artists Competition.
