4-Week Intro to Wheel Throwing

This four-week introductory course covers the fundamentals of wheel throwing for total beginners. Participants learn wedging, centering clay, pulling walls, shaping cylinders, trimming forms, finishing methods, and glazing basics, with each week building on the previous one. Enrollment includes two hours of Slip Hours per week for open studio practice with an instructor present. Materials, tool use, and firing are included.
