Blair School of Music presents a Master Series recital featuring Grammy Award-winning flutist Molly Barth at Turner Recital Hall. The program begins at 2:30 p.m. Barth is an associate professor of flute at Blair and an advocate for contemporary music. She has commissioned and premiered works by contemporary composers, recorded a dozen albums, and toured as a co-founder and former member of the Grammy-winning ensemble Eighth Blackbird and Beta Collide. She is also co-founder of the Zohn Collective, which creates performances combining music with other artistic disciplines.
