The Blair Master Series presents a recital by tubist Bethany Wiese at Turner Recital Hall. The program begins at 5:30 p.m. Wiese is associate professor of tuba and euphonium at the Blair School of Music. Her performance career includes serving as principal tuba of the Asheville Symphony Orchestra and performing with ensembles including the Charlotte Symphony Orchestra, Macao Orchestra, Korean Broadcasting Orchestra, and American Wind Symphony.
