The Art of Buttercream

About this event

This class covers five classic buttercreams: American, Swiss, Italian, French, and German. Participants will prepare, taste, and compare each style while learning about flavor, texture, sweetness, and consistency. The class also includes chocolate and vanilla cupcakes to sample with each buttercream, along with practice piping and decorating. A cheese and charcuterie board will be served. Participants will leave with recipes, decorated cupcakes, and decorating skills.
