About this event

This 2–3-hour hands-on cooking class teaches participants to make potato gnocchi from scratch. The menu includes apple harvest salad; handmade gnocchi with caramelized onion Parmesan cream and pan-seared chicken; bacon-roasted Brussels sprouts; and chocolate pot de crème with raspberry compote. The cost is $79.99 per person; gratuity is not included. Doors open 30 minutes before class, and guests may bring beer or wine. Menu changes cannot be made during class. Dietary restrictions or allergies must be reported by phone at least 48 hours in advance; the kitchen cannot guarantee that menu items are allergen-free.
