About this event

This hands-on cooking class includes instruction on making fresh pasta, searing filet mignon, and preparing a four-course menu: baked goat cheese salad, creamy mushroom balsamic pasta, seasoned filet mignon with roasted grape wine sauce, and sticky toffee pudding. Each class lasts 2–3 hours and includes aprons, bottle openers, glasses, ice, water, lemonade, and a snack. Doors open 30 minutes before class. Guests may bring beer or wine; gratuity is not included. The $69.99 class does not allow menu changes during the event. Dietary restrictions or allergies must be reported by phone at least 48 hours in advance. The kitchen cannot guarantee allergen-free menu items.
