About this event

This hands-on cooking class covers Southern-inspired dishes with refined techniques, including hot honey biscuits, roasted Cornish hen with lemon-thyme jus, charred okra with blistered tomatoes, truffle Gouda mac and cheese, and fruit cobbler. Classes last 2–3 hours and include instruction, recipes, aprons, glassware, ice, water, lemonade, and a snack. The cost is $89.99 per person, with gratuity not included. Doors open 30 minutes before class. Guests may bring beer or wine. Menu changes cannot be made during class; dietary restrictions and allergies must be reported by phone at least 48 hours in advance. The kitchen cannot guarantee allergen-free menu items.
