About this event

This 2–3-hour hands-on cooking class features Italian Chopped Salad with Basil Vinaigrette, Italian Braised Beef Ragu with Crispy Oven-Roasted Kale, Creamy Polenta, and Berry Tiramisu. The class is $79.99 per person; attendees may bring their own beer or wine. Doors open 30 minutes before class, and aprons, bottle openers, glasses, ice, water, lemonade, and a snack are provided. Gratuity is not included. Menu changes cannot be made at the time of class. Guests with dietary restrictions or allergies should notify Kitchen Social by phone at least 48 hours in advance. Food may come in contact with common allergens, and the kitchen cannot guarantee that any menu item is allergen-free.
