About this event

This 2–3-hour hands-on cooking class covers Thai techniques and flavor balancing. Participants will prepare fresh shrimp summer rolls with peanut sauce, Thai mushroom and cabbage salad, Massaman beef curry with rice, and Thai orange-basil crumble with vanilla ice cream. Doors open 30 minutes before class. Guests may bring beer or wine; the class supplies glasses, bottle openers, ice, water, lemonade, aprons, and a snack. The price is $79.99 per person; gratuity is not included. Menu changes cannot be made during class. Dietary restrictions or allergies must be reported by phone at least 48 hours in advance. Shared preparation areas mean menu items cannot be guaranteed allergen-free.
