About this event

This 2–3-hour cooking class features a four-course menu: burrata with roasted grapes and crostini; pan-seared chicken and garlic butter shrimp with Champagne Dijon cream; roasted garlic Duchess potatoes; and salted caramel bread pudding with bourbon cream. An instructor covers cooking techniques and presentation. Doors open 30 minutes before class. Guests may bring beer or wine; the venue provides glasses, bottle openers, ice, water, lemonade, aprons, and a snack. The cost is $89.99 per person, excluding gratuity. Menu changes cannot be made during class. Dietary restrictions or allergies must be reported by phone 48 hours in advance; the kitchen cannot guarantee allergen-free items.
