About this event

This 2–3-hour brunch cooking class costs $69.99 per person, with gratuity not included. Participants may bring wine or champagne; the venue supplies orange juice, aprons, bottle openers, glasses, ice, water, lemonade, and a snack. Doors open 30 minutes before class. The menu includes apple butter and whipped Brie crostini, classic Croque Madame, maple brown butter breakfast potatoes, and warm cinnamon pear crumble with vanilla mascarpone. Menu changes cannot be made during class. Guests with dietary restrictions or allergies must notify the venue by phone 48 hours in advance. Shared preparation areas mean the venue cannot guarantee that menu items are allergen-free.
