About this event

This hands-on French cooking class is $79.99 per person and features Beet, Orange & Walnut Salad; Beef Bourguignon; Julia’s Garlic Mashed Potatoes; and Cherries Jubilee with Ice Cream. The class lasts 2–3 hours and includes instruction on cooking techniques and presentation. Doors open 30 minutes before class. Guests may bring beer or wine; aprons, bottle openers, glasses, ice, water, lemonade, and a snack are provided. Menu changes cannot be made during class. Dietary restrictions or allergies must be reported by phone 48 hours in advance. Food may come into contact with common allergens, and allergen-free preparation cannot be guaranteed.
