About this event

This 2–3-hour hands-on cooking class teaches participants to make homemade fettuccine and prepare Chicken Piccata with lemon butter sauce and capers. The menu also includes a fresh salad with Thousand Island dressing and a mocha Bundt cake with chocolate ganache. The class costs $79.99 per person; gratuity is not included. Doors open 30 minutes before class. Guests may bring beer or wine; the venue provides glasses, bottle openers, ice, water, lemonade, aprons, and a snack. Menu changes cannot be made during class. Dietary restrictions or allergies must be reported by phone at least 48 hours in advance. The kitchen cannot guarantee allergen-free menu items.
