About this event

This 2–3-hour hands-on cooking class features a menu incorporating wine and cheese, including white wine spinach-ricotta crostini, red wine-braised beef with whipped feta, creamy Parmesan polenta, and a red wine apple-blackberry crumble. Beer and wine may be brought for enjoyment during class. Aprons, glasses, bottle openers, ice, water, lemonade, and a snack are provided. Admission is $79.99 per person; gratuity is not included. Doors open 30 minutes before class. Menu changes cannot be made during class. Dietary restrictions or allergies must be reported by phone at least 48 hours in advance; shared preparation areas mean menu items cannot be guaranteed allergen-free.
