This hands-on cooking class features a coffee-inspired menu: roasted beet and goat cheese salad, coffee-rubbed chicken with espresso pan sauce, Parmesan herb risotto, and brown butter tiramisu with espresso caramel. An instructor guides participants through cooking and presentation techniques during the 2–3-hour class. Admission is $79.99 per person; gratuity is not included. Doors open 30 minutes early, and guests may bring beer or wine. Aprons, glasses, ice, water, lemonade, and a snack are provided. Menu changes cannot be made during class. Dietary restrictions and allergies must be reported by phone at least 48 hours in advance; the kitchen cannot guarantee allergen-free menu items.
