This hands-on cooking class features an early fall menu of apple bacon salad, maple Dijon chicken, roasted garlic sweet potato mash, and warm chocolate bread pudding with chocolate milk crème anglaise. The class lasts 2–3 hours and costs $79.99 per person; gratuity is not included. Doors open 30 minutes before class. Guests may bring beer or wine, and the venue provides glasses, bottle openers, ice, water, lemonade, aprons, and a snack. Menu changes cannot be made during class. Dietary restrictions or allergies must be reported by phone at least 48 hours in advance. Food may come into contact with common allergens, and the venue cannot guarantee allergen-free items.
