This hands-on cooking class covers techniques for preparing Crab Rangoon with sweet chili sauce, orange chicken, garlic sesame green beans, and fried cinnamon sugar wontons with honey. The class lasts 2–3 hours, and instruction includes knife use and care, preparation, cooking, and presentation. Admission is $79.99 per person; gratuity is not included. Doors open 30 minutes before class for hors d’oeuvres and BYO beer or wine. Closed-toe shoes and tied-back long hair are required. Menu changes cannot be made during class; dietary restrictions or allergies must be reported by phone at least 48 hours in advance. The kitchen cannot guarantee allergen-free menu items.
