About this event

This 2- to 3-hour hands-on cooking class costs $89.99 per person, with gratuity not included. Participants will prepare roasted carrot and burrata salad, filet mignon with bourbon cream, brown butter Parmesan orzo, and candy corn panna cotta while learning cooking techniques, knife skills, caramelization, and presentation methods. Doors open 30 minutes before class for socializing, hors d’oeuvres, and beer or wine brought by attendees. Menu changes cannot be made during class. Guests with dietary restrictions or allergies must notify the venue by phone at least 48 hours in advance; the kitchen uses shared preparation areas and cannot guarantee allergen-free menu items.
