This 2–3-hour hands-on cooking class covers beer-battered onion rings, a truffle Wagyu steakhouse burger with provolone and roasted garlic aioli, shaved fennel and citrus salad, and a hot fudge brownie sundae. The price is $89.99 per person; gratuity is not included. Guests may bring beer or wine. Doors open 30 minutes before class, with glasses, bottle openers, ice, water, lemonade, aprons, and a snack provided. Menu changes cannot be made during class. Dietary restrictions and allergies must be reported by phone at least 48 hours in advance; shared preparation areas mean the kitchen cannot guarantee allergen-free items.
