This 2–3-hour hands-on cooking class covers techniques for balancing flavors and textures while preparing pesto-tossed salad, filet mignon with red wine demi gloss, chimichurri-drizzled roasted vegetables, béchamel potatoes au gratin, and cannoli ice cream. The instructor also covers cooking and presentation techniques. The price is $89.99 per person, excluding gratuity. Doors open 30 minutes before class, and attendees may bring beer or wine. Aprons, glasses, bottle openers, ice, water, lemonade, and a snack are provided. Menu changes are not available during class.
