About this event

This hands-on cooking class includes instruction on preparing harvest apple salad with goat cheese, seared filet mignon with bourbon peppercorn cream, lobster Parmesan risotto, and warm sticky toffee pudding. The class lasts 2–3 hours, with doors opening 30 minutes early. Guests may bring beer or wine; aprons, glasses, ice, water, lemonade, and a snack are provided. Admission is $89.99 per person, with gratuity not included. Menu changes cannot be made during class. Guests should report dietary restrictions or allergies by phone at least 48 hours in advance; shared equipment and preparation areas mean menu items cannot be guaranteed allergen-free.
