About this event

This 2–3-hour hands-on cooking class includes Guinness-braised mushrooms on crostini, filet mignon with porter-braised caramelized onions, lobster mac and cheese, and a salted caramel beer brownie trifle. The $89.99-per-person price does not include gratuity. Doors open 30 minutes before class. Guests may bring beer or wine; the venue provides glasses, bottle openers, ice, water, lemonade, aprons, and a snack. Menu changes cannot be made during class. Dietary restrictions or allergies must be reported by phone at least 48 hours in advance. Shared preparation areas mean the venue cannot guarantee items are allergen-free.
