This 2–3-hour hands-on cooking class includes instruction on preparing a warm spinach salad, creamy chicken and wild rice skillet, garlic-roasted broccoli, and cherry berry cobbler with raspberry white chocolate cream. The class costs $79.99 per person; gratuity is not included. Doors open 30 minutes before class. Guests may bring beer or wine, and the venue provides glasses, bottle openers, ice, water, lemonade, aprons, and a snack. Menu changes cannot be made during class. Dietary restrictions or allergies must be reported by phone at least 48 hours in advance; shared preparation areas mean allergen-free items cannot be guaranteed.
