This 2–3-hour hands-on cooking class covers techniques for preparing a baby greens salad with apples, pecans and goat cheese; chicken Marsala; roasted garlic Duchess sweet potatoes; and salted caramel apple crisp bars. The class includes instruction, food, aprons, glasses, ice, water, lemonade and a snack. Guests may bring beer or wine; doors open 30 minutes before class. Admission is $79.99 per person, and gratuity is not included. Menu changes cannot be made during class. Dietary restrictions or allergies must be reported by phone at least 48 hours in advance. Shared preparation areas mean menu items may come into contact with common allergens.
