This hands-on cooking class explores tequila in a menu featuring baby spinach salad with tequila-lime vinaigrette, pan-seared chicken with firecracker shrimp and tequila cream sauce, creamy tequila Parmesan orzo, and strawberry margarita ice cream. The class lasts 2–3 hours and costs $89.99 per person; attendees may bring beer or wine. Doors open 30 minutes before class, with glasses, ice, water, lemonade, aprons, and a snack provided. Gratuity is not included. Menu changes cannot be made during class. Dietary restrictions or allergies must be reported by phone at least 48 hours in advance. The kitchen handles common allergens and cannot guarantee that menu items are allergen-free.
