This hands-on seafood cooking class includes instruction on preparing and presenting a menu of warm smoked salmon crostini, apple and arugula salad, baked crab cakes with roasted red pepper remoulade, and brown butter pear tart with mascarpone cream. Classes last 2–3 hours and include aprons, bottle openers, glasses, ice, water, lemonade, and a snack. Doors open 30 minutes before class. Attendees may bring beer or wine. The cost is $89.99 per person; gratuity is not included. Menu changes cannot be made during class. Dietary restrictions or allergies must be reported by phone at least 48 hours in advance. Shared equipment and preparation areas mean menu items cannot be guaranteed allergen-free.
