SymphonySync + Breath combines live music from Nashville Symphony musicians with meditation, gentle movement, and classic and modern breath-work techniques. Guided by Evan Galante, CEO of Lolu, the class uses measured, rhythmic breathing to explore the balance between activation and restoration. Musical selections include classical works and pieces featuring local composer and sound artist Christopher Lippincott. No prior experience is required. Attendees should wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat.
