This hands-on cooking class features a New England-inspired menu of lobster bisque with bread, filet mignon with crab and lemon-tarragon butter, brown butter Brussels sprouts with bacon, and maple crème brûlée. The class runs 2–3 hours, and the price is $89.99 per person. Gratuity is not included. Doors open 30 minutes before class. Guests may bring beer or wine; the venue provides glasses, bottle openers, ice, water, lemonade, aprons, and a snack. Menu changes cannot be made during class.
