About this event

This hands-on cooking class covers French bistro techniques, including caramelizing onions, poaching eggs and making pan sauces. The multi-course lunch includes French onion soup gratinée, autumn pear and walnut salad, poulet à l’estragon with herb rice, and chocolate pot de crème with whipped cream. Classes last 2–3 hours and cost $69.99 per person; gratuity is not included. Guests may bring wine or beer. Doors open 30 minutes before class, with glasses, bottle openers, ice, water, lemonade and a snack provided. Menu changes cannot be made during class. Dietary restrictions or allergies must be reported by phone at least 48 hours in advance; shared preparation areas mean menu items cannot be guaranteed allergen-free.
