About this event

This hands-on cooking class includes Autumn Pear Salad with Candied Pecans, New Orleans BBQ Shrimp, Bourbon Glazed Chicken over Herb Butter Rice, and Salted Bourbon Bread Pudding with Whipped Cream. The 2–3-hour class covers cooking techniques, knife skills, caramelization, and presentation. Doors open 30 minutes early for hors d’oeuvres and BYO beer or wine. Admission is $89.99 per person; gratuity is not included. Menu changes cannot be made during class. Guests with dietary restrictions or allergies must notify Kitchen Social by phone at least 48 hours in advance. Shared preparation areas mean the food may come into contact with common allergens.
