This 2–3-hour hands-on cooking class focuses on Spanish cuisine and paella. Participants will prepare shaved Brussels sprout and Manchego salad, chicken, shrimp and chorizo paella, garlic herb pan con tomate, and individual chocolate soufflés with vanilla bean crème anglaise. The class includes instruction on cooking techniques and presentation. Beer and wine may be brought; the venue provides glasses, bottle openers, ice, water, lemonade, aprons, and a snack. Doors open 30 minutes before class. The cost is $79.99 per person, excluding gratuity. Menu changes cannot be made during class. Dietary restrictions or allergies must be reported by phone at least 48 hours in advance; shared equipment and preparation areas mean the venue cannot guarantee allergen-free items.
