This 2–3-hour hands-on taco workshop teaches participants to make flour tortillas from scratch, prepare chipotle maple chicken tacos with apple-cabbage slaw, roast street corn with Cotija, and make cinnamon apple churro nachos. An instructor provides guidance on cooking techniques and presentation. Admission is $79.99 per person, with gratuity not included. Doors open 30 minutes before class. Guests may bring beer or wine; the venue provides glasses, bottle openers, ice, water, lemonade, aprons, and a snack. Menu changes cannot be made during class. Dietary restrictions or allergies must be reported by phone 48 hours in advance. Shared preparation areas mean menu items cannot be guaranteed allergen-free.
