About this event

This hands-on cooking class covers techniques for caramelizing onions, building sauces, balancing flavors and presenting dishes. The menu includes French onion crostini, French onion braised beef with creamy Parmesan mashed potatoes, and cherry-blueberry hazelnut crisp with vanilla ice cream. The class lasts 2–3 hours. Admission is $79.99 per person, with gratuity not included. Guests may bring beer or wine; doors open 30 minutes before class. Aprons, bottle openers, glasses, ice, water, lemonade and a snack are provided. Menu changes cannot be made during class. Guests with dietary restrictions or allergies must notify Kitchen Social by phone at least 48 hours in advance; the kitchen uses shared preparation areas and cannot guarantee allergen-free dishes.
