About this event

This 2–3-hour cooking class covers restaurant-style techniques while participants prepare whipped ricotta crostini with hot honey and pecans, herb-roasted chicken with apple cider pan sauce, roasted garlic Parmesan smashed potatoes, and pumpkin gingersnap tiramisu. The class includes aprons, glasses, ice, water, lemonade, and an arrival snack. Doors open 30 minutes before class, and attendees may bring beer or wine. The cost is $79.99 per person; gratuity is not included. Menu changes cannot be made during class. Dietary restrictions or allergies must be reported by phone at least 48 hours in advance.
