About this event

This hands-on cooking class covers techniques for preparing and presenting a meal featuring hot honey biscuits, roasted Cornish hen with lemon-thyme jus, charred okra with blistered tomatoes, truffle Gouda mac and cheese, and fruit cobbler. Each class lasts 2–3 hours, and recipes are provided at the end. Admission is $89.99 per person. Guests may bring beer or wine; doors open 30 minutes before class, and aprons, glasses, ice, water, lemonade, and a snack are provided. Gratuity is not included. Menu changes cannot be made during class. Dietary restrictions and allergies must be reported by phone at least 48 hours in advance; the kitchen cannot guarantee allergen-free menu items.
