This hands-on cooking class teaches participants to mix, roll and cut fresh fettuccine, then prepare a meal featuring Alfredo with blackened chicken, warm spinach salad, garlic Parmesan roasted broccoli, and pumpkin cannoli dip with cinnamon sugar pasta chips. Classes last 2–3 hours, and doors open 30 minutes early. Guests may bring beer or wine; aprons, glasses, ice, water, lemonade and a snack are provided. Admission is $79.99 per person, excluding gratuity. Menu changes cannot be made during class. Dietary restrictions or allergies must be reported by phone at least 48 hours in advance; shared preparation areas mean items cannot be guaranteed allergen-free.
